SCS600 is the second-generation product of the high-performance solar cell quantum efficiency / spectral response measurement system developed by Zolix. It can measure solar cells of various materials and is suitable for universities, research institutes and, R&D and production quality management in enterprises. Compared with the first-generation product, the software is more user-friendly and easy to operate. Compatible with high-precision Keithley 2612B and 2636B digital source meters, which improves the data acquisition accuracy and bias test capability. Larger sample chamber and double doors make it easier to place and replace samples. In addition, Zolix provides customized services, so that the equipment can better meet customer needs.

System Features
High stability light source, good system repeatability
Adopting the substitution method, light source stability is an important reason that affects the repeatability of the measurement results. Due to the different spectral response ranges of the detectors, the system provides high stability xenon lamp, tungsten lamp light source, their stability is higher than 99%, that ensure high repeatability and accuracy of measurement results.

Clearly observe the light spot and precisely locate the sample.
Professional Optical Design
Total reflection optical path without aberration makes the measurement result more accurate.
Converging the broadband light source in the transmission mode will cause aberration, as shown in the figure below, the
spot size of different wavelengths is different, when testing small area detectors, there will be a large deviation.

Biased LED Light Source
The LED light source wavelengths cover a wide spectral range from 365nm to 980nm, they are dedicated to measure the multiple solar cells. When measuring one of the cells, the bias lights are required to turn on the other cells, and the bias lights can't turn on the cell under test.
